What You'll Do
Meet Ukrainians for 30–60 minute video conversations to practice real-world language skills. Help them prepare for job interviews, navigate daily life in a new country, or simply gain confidence speaking with a fluent speaker.
You're not teaching grammar. You're being the conversation partner they can't find elsewhere.

TEEI Language Courses
Teach structured group classes
What You'll Do
Lead or co-teach structured online language classes for groups of Ukrainian learners. Classes run 2–3 times per week over 2–3 months, following TEEI's curriculum with materials from partners like Babbel and Oxford University Press.
You'll be supported by TEEI's education team and have access to our learning management system. For children's classes, we provide specialised resources through BOOKR Class.

Buddy Program for Ukraine
In-person friendship and integration
What You'll Do
Be matched one-to-one with a Ukrainian in your city for informal friendship and integration support. Meet for coffee, walks, local exploration, cultural events, or dinner exchanges.
Help them navigate Norwegian life, practice language informally, and feel less isolated in a new country. Group events bring buddies and Ukrainians together to share Norwegian and Ukrainian culture.
